(Ages 18+) A super fun class that brings out the sexy kitten and frisky attitude through fun and sassy dance moves you can use in a club, a bar or home ;) We have videos pertaining to these. Class Length: 45 Minutes |
(Ages 18+) A moderate to high impact workout that incorporates cardio and ballet core toning moves (Balletcore). We may be using resistance bands and the barre to make the workout more intense. Class Length: 45 Minutes |
